“LEGION OF CONDEMNED”

GREAT GERMAN STAR Lieutenant Rudolph Schad, an ace on the German flying forces, was added to the cast of “The Legion of the Condemned,” Paramount’s companion picture to “Wings,” which is now under production at the Hollywood studio under the direction of William Wellman. Lieutenant Schad. during the war, was a member of Baron von Richthofen's famous flying circus and spent one and a-half years in flying company with the famous German ace. Entering the air forces at the age of 17, he was credited with 14 enemy planes at the close of the war.
