Indecent Language. —Charged with using indecent language in a railway carriage, Thomas Foley was fined £ 5 at the Police Court to-day. Street Fighters Fined. —Albert Henry Daley, aged 28. and William Bad*-n Powell Ayres, 27, who appeared at the Police Court to-day, were each fined £ 1 for fighting in a public place. Minister on Tour. —The Minister of Agriculture, the Hon. O. J.
