TELL-TALE LETTER

EVIDENCE IN DIVORCE SUIT DECREE NISI GRANTED After hearing the evidence in the divorce suit brought by Annie Kate Morrison (Mr. Matthews) against George Francis Morrison, yesterday, Mr. Justice Blair reserved his decision on the question of the admissibility of the evidence. In granting a decree nisi this morning, his Honour said the evidence of misconduct had been contained in a letter from the husband. The wife took proceedings for maintenance and the husband was arrested. While awaiting trial he told a solicitor that he wanted to get back to the other woman, as she was going to have a baby. The circumstances tn the case, said bis Honour, were such that there could be no possibility of collusion, and in that case he would grant the decree nisi.
