FAREWELL TO MR. D. POLLOK
A TRIP TO ENGLAND On Wednesday afternoon the directors of the Dominion Investment and Banking Association and of the Northern Building Society jointly tendered a farewell and presentation to Mr. David Pollok, who leaves on Monday on a visit to England, the Continent, and America. When the shareholders of the Northern Building Society met last evening, the chairman of direct* :-rs. Mr. J. A. Warnock. proposed a motion expressing appreciation of Mr. Pollok’s services and wishing him e happy voyage. The motion was carried by acclamation.
