Reed. 11.15 a.m. MELBOURNE, To-day The Trades Hall Council has decided to ignore the invitations ot the Prime Minister, Mr. Stanley Bruce, to appoint delegates fp the Industrial Peace Conference. One member stated that industrial unrest was the only weapon the working class had for fighting the forces arrayed against it. He said that the proposal was simply an attempt to make it easy to introduce bribes to the working class in the form of piecework bonus systems.—A. and N.Z.
