NEW T.B. SHELTERS
PLANS BEING PREPARED Mes&rs. Brown and Kirk, architec cj to the Hospital Board, have been asked to proceed with the preparation of plans for new T.B. shelters at die hospital. The estimated cost, not including approaches, is £2,740, plus excavations rendered necessary by change ot site, £l6O. The Patriotic and Red Cross Associations will together contribute £SOO towards the recreation rooms and kitchen. With a further deduction of the Government grant ot £250 the net cost of the buildings should work out at £2,150. The architects have been asked to prepare a plan for covered ways to connect the main hospital building with the Children’s and Wallace Wards.
