NAPIER CONGRATULATED
SERIOUS CRIME ABSENT Press Association. NAPIER, To-day. The Supreme Court opened this morning with only four criminal charges. Mr. Justice Ostler congratulated the district on the absence of serious crime. Horace Maddaford, for defalcation, was sentenced to two years’ detentiga.
