1928 FEATURES BOOKED ATTRACTIVE OFFERING To carry a.loft the banner for Fox Films throughout the Dominion, Mr. Stanley S. Crick, general manager for Australia and Mew Zealand, arrived in Auckland this morning by the Ulimaroa. Discussing coming big features in the Fox schedule, Mr. Crick mentioned “Four Sons,” directed by John

Ford, the director of the “Iron Horse”; “Sunrise,” the stupendous creation of Murnau, the German director, in which Janet Gaynor, star of "Seventh Heaven,” has another splendid opportunity with George O’Brien as co-lead; “Red Dan-

cer,” featuring Dolores del Rio; “Mother Machree,” due for release in Auckland very shortly with Belle Bennett in the featured role; and Dolores del Rio as Carmen in the film version of the operatic theme. Mr. Crick was particularly gratified with the successful season of “Seventh Heaven” at the Strand, which, he declared, was one of the finest films ever . made in the Fox Studios.

“This picture is merely repeating the success attained from a box office point of view in every other city,” he added.
