NON-PARTICIPATION OF CR. MURRAY NOT A DETERRENT Whether Cr. Murray i* a participant or not, the request for a judicial inquiry into the charges of alleged civic waste will be proceeded with. Murray that he would not be a party to the Inquiry unless the council undertook lo pay all costs was brought before the committee, and was the reason for the discussion.
