SOMETHING NEW IN NECK LINES
A new note in neck finishes was struck in a gown worn at a recent dress show. The low, square-cut corsage finished in.-iJvo narrow shoulder straps. From the shoulders across the base of the throat extended an inch wide band of the satin, heavily encrusted with seed pearls. This band finished in two long ends, edged with pearl fringe. A lovely spray of white roses was worn on the left shoulder.
