TO ARBITRATION COURT

CLOTHING TRADE DISPUTE Complete agreement on all disputed points, except the number of working hours and wages, which will be referred to the Arbitration Court, was reached yesteray in the continuation of the hearing of the claims of male cutters and Dressers of the clothing trade, before the Conciliation Commissioner (Mr. P. Hally). The employers’ assessors were Messrs. J. Hunter, S Robinson and A. McArthur, supported by Mr. G. E. Wright, while the employees were represented by Messrs. W. S. Maxsom, S. Trebilcock, and H. H. Logan. When the hearing of the case was concluded, representatives of both parties expressed appreciation of the assistance rendered by Mr. Hally.
