Argentina is to build three submarines at the Tosi yards in Italy, authorisation having been obtained to spend the sum of £208,000 on the three craft, a loan for that purpose having been issued at 6 per cent, per annum, and 1 £ per cent, annual amortisation. Argentina is to spend 75,000,000 dollars in gold *in all in refitting her navy.
