RETIRED GOVERNOR HERE.—General Sir Tom Bridges, who has just retired from the Governorship of South Australia, arrived by the Aorangi yesterday to try his luck at the Bay of Islands. Sir Tom, who has a distinguished war record, was a member of the Balfour War Mission to the United States.
