DR. HILL RETURNS TO ATTACK (Special to THE SUN.) NEW PLYMOUTH, To-day. “I got into hot water in Auckland,” said Ur. Hill, when speaking a; a luncheon at the Egmont Hostel, “because I deprecated the construction of a motoring road to the top of Rangitoto, which I feel sure must ultimately spoil what Nature liaa done for man. It will lead to the introduction of noxious weeds, and the whole character of the place will be altered.” Ur. Hill added that he was extremely sorry to hear that the Egmont National Park was suffering from the depredations of goats, which, he declared, were ten times more destructive than deer. The native flora of St. Helena, said Ur. Hill, had been practically exterminated by goats. “This is a much more serious matter than you probably realise,” declared the visitor
