The second day of the Dunedin Jockey Club’s autumn meeting was favoured with fine weather and there was again a large attendance. The track was in splendid order, rain during the night having taken much of the sting out of the ground. The totalisator handled £26,472 for the day, compared with £31,164 10s for the second day last year, making the total for the meeting £50,280 10s, compared with £58,006 last year.
