The above land is undulating, and has been ploughed, fenced, and subdivided into fi-vA divisions. About six acres contains healthy 12-year-old apple treses of good commercial varieties, and the balance is in good pasture, watered by creek, and all protected by good shelter belts. There are no buildings on the property. The property is situated about one and a-quarter miles from Huapai railway station, with a metal road to within 200 yards.
