CAPITOL

“PAINTING THE TOWN”

“Fainting the Town,” starring Glen Tryon, which will be shown at the Capitol Theatre to-night, is without doubt one of the funniest pictures seen here in a long time. It keeps the audience in gales ‘of laughter from start to finish and

proved to be excellent entertainment for all ages and classes. There is nothing subtle in the humour of this photo comedy nevertheless its rapid succession of laughable . situations, good gags %.nd funny subtitles serve to keep one at the laughing point through reel after reel. Credit for most of the fun in this offering goes to Glen Tryon, a young comedian hitherto little known. In the role of a small-town, smart-aleck he contributes a continuous stream of comedy. “Ritzy,” written by Elinor Glyn, and starring Betty Bronson, will also be screened to-night.
