ELECTION RELIEF
(Special to THE SUN.J WHANGAREI, To-day. At the Whangarei County Council meeting this morning the chairman, Mr. L. Webb, said the impression was abroad among settlers that the Government was holding up money to spend immediately before the election. He thought it would be more appreciated at the present time than later. “There was generally a lean year before and after election period,” said Mr. Webb.
