MEMBERS OF COMMISSION STATEMENTS NOT DENIED Although the personnel of the commission appointed by the Ratana Union members to look into the question of finance, principles, etc., of the movement has not been made public, it is stated that four leading F.atana chiefs have been appointed, and that the Rev. A. J. Searner has accepted the position of chairman. This position was offered him lest week by the unanimous vote of the. large meeting held at Ratana Fa in connection with the temple reopening celebrations. Some of Katana’s followers have criticised the publication of information concerning the threatened split in the party, but none has denied the accuracy of the information.
