THEFT OF LIQUOR

TRIO PLEADS GUILTY FOUND IN WAREHOUSE Three men, found in the warehouse of C. H. Drysdale and Co., Little Queen Street, on December 4, pleaded guilty to the theft of liquor to the value ot £22 9s 4d and of other articles valued at £4 10s at the Supreme Court today, before Mr. Justice Reed. The prisoners were: Harry Collins, aged 48, Patrick Kelly, 42, and William Martin, 36. They were charged with breaking and entering the warehouse, with stealing the articles' and also with being rogues and vagabonds. All three admitted the theft charge and the other counts were withdrawn. They were remanded until Saturday for sentence.
