FLORIDA LAND BOOM. —A message from Miami says three of the loeal banks failed to open their doors for business to-day. ostensibly because of runs caused by the circulation of an anonymous letter which said one of the banks was weak. But it is believed this is another evidence of the continued deflation of the land boom in Florida.—A. and N.Z.
