Peter Paul Roska for being in a state of intoxication while in charge of a motor-car was to-day fined £25 and his licence cancelled till May, 1930. This being his second offence, Sydney J. Taylor, on a similar charge, was fined £25 and his licence cancelled till May, 1929.
