WHERE WAITANGI TREATY WAS SIGNED—The home at Waitangi of the late Mr . James Busby, British Resi dent in New Zealand, where New Zealand’s historic Treaty was signed 88 years ago, on February 6. Under that Treaty the rights and privileges of British subjects were extended to the Maori people.
