The top of the hearse was covered with beautiful wreaths and another car which followed was filled with magnificent floral emblems. The funeral procession was very long, and some time after the hearse had turned into Jervois Road, cars were still leaving the residence. Mr. Barton conducted the burial | service at the graveside.
