Hollywood girls are taking over jobs, formerly held by men. Not only acting, but the managing end of picture business is handled as capably by half a dozen women in executive positions as by the men who held these jobs before them.
Henrietta Colin is business manager for a Paramount unit. She keeps the company to its budget, arranges tor locations, orders, settings and attends to a host of details calling fpr clear business judgment. Dorothy Arzner is a full .lodged director.
