£300.000 Company Works in Australia The production annually of one film in Canada, Australia, India and South Africa, is part of the programme of the British and Dominions Film Corporation, a new company shortly bei launched with a capital of £300,000. The capital has already been underwritten, and studios are being built at Harrow (states a cable to the Sydney “Sun”). The stories produced in the Dominions will be written around the Dominion concerned. The company will distribute its own films. The first production will be entitled “Drake,” and will be illustrative of : Britain’s struggle for maritime suprem- : acy. Another film will use Sir Hall Caine’s story, “The Bondman.”
