LICENSEE FINED
RESPONSIBLE FOR BARMAN WARNING FROM BENCH Press Association. WELLINGTON, To-day. Thomas Moran, licensee of the Shamrock Hotel, was fined £lO to-day for selling liquor after hours, being responsible for the act of his barman. The latter, Leslie Lee, was fined 53. The magistrate warned the licensee that if there was a repetition of the offence the licence would be in danger.
