DOWSETT’S FIFTY YARDS WANGANUI PERFORMANCE Press Association. WANGANUI, Thursday. Norman Dowsett, the leading New Zealand sprint swimmer, this evening broke the Dominion record for 50yds, covering the distance in 24see. The meeting was held as a welcome to the Wanganui representatives OR their return from the championships ai Dunedin. There were over 60 races and over 300 competitors, a record for this city. Mr. W.
