BENEFIT CONCERT
A WORTHY CAUSE A benefit concert to assist the wife and family of the late Mr. Owen Jones, who was lost from the fishing boat Huana last November will be given in the Town Hall concert chamber tomorrow evening. All the contributing artists are giving their services free for a cause which is well worthy of public support. The artists include the Misses Nelda Ashdown, Zoe Williams, Stella Diracca, Muriel Allison, Phillis Mobberley, Dorie Morris, D. Hiscott, the Kindley Sisters, the Borigan Sisters, Messrs. W. Colquhoun, Sheldon Kindley, J. Kelso, J. Lonergan, J. Calvert, J. McKay, H. Chatwin, B. Bickerton, B. Watson, and the Jackson Brothers. Mr. W". Brown will be the accompanist. Samuel Goldwyn has signed Noah Beery for the part of the Duke of Alva in “Deatherface/J the newest Ronald-Colman-Vilma Banky feature. The story, which is an adaptation of Baroness Orczy novel, goes into production under its original name, “The Flower of Spain,” being discarded.
