(12) £IOO in case of an accident as defined in the clauses to (10) above, should such accident not result in death but cause PERMANENT TOTAL DISABLEMENT through the loss of one limb or one eye. (13) £5 per week for a period not exceeding two weeks together with medical expenses not exceeding £6 in case of an accident as defined in clauses (1) to (10) above, should such accident not result in death but cause TEMPORARY TOTAL DISABLEMENT. PROVIDED ALWAYS that the above Undertaking and Agreement is subject to the following special conditions which are of the essence of the contract, namely (a) The scope of the Insurance is restricted to accidents happening in New Zealand and to steamers sailing within New Zealand territorial waters. (b) In the case of death, such death must result within 30 days after the accident.
