AGREEMENT ANTICIPATED VISCOUNT GOTO’S VISIT By Cable.—Press Association. — Copyright. LONDON, Wednesday. The diplomatic correspondent of the “Daily Telegraph” says official circles in London attach importance to the visit of Viscount Goto to Russia. It is believed that Tchitcherin or Karakhan will shortly go to Tokyo to complete a comprehensive agreement.—A. and N.Z. A message from Tokyo on December 5 said that Viscount Goto, formerly Minister of Foreign Affairs, had left for Derlin, via Moscow. It was generally accepted that his mission was to seek closer relations between Japan and Germany and Russia.
