NATIONAL AND LYRIC
“THE HONEYMOON EXPRESS” “The Honeymoon Express,” the Warner-Master Pioture, starring Irene Rich and Willard Louis, now at the National and Lyric Theatres, is one of the most de-
cided bits of screen realism .of the season. It depicts the home life of a typical American family, and so amusingly, so humanly, and with such insight that your critic feels constrained to acclaim James Flood, the director, as one of the real masters. Irene Rich, as another type of mother, the worm-' that-turned type, is
a delight. Willard Louis as the philandering papa is a rib-tickler. The supporting players give variety, and the result is a picture of unusual distinction. This is also being shown at the National and Lyric Theatres, and is undoubtedly one of the outstanding comedies of the last 12 months. , . . In the role of a college girl, with all the breezy ways of the modern miss Marion Davies is certainly delightful. ____ George Marion, jun.. has been as-' *si«'-iied to title Paramount s most reClara Bow picture, “Get lour Man.'
