“AIR CONSCIENCE”
ITAUAN ASPIRATION AVIATION AND CHILDREN ROME, January 20. ‘‘Let every mother have an aviator son. Let every girl dream she has been chosen by an aviator.” Such is the motto on which schoolgirls will base their stories in the competition by means of which the Italian Ministri’ of Aviation is endeavouring awaken a national air conscience. Stories are to be based on aviation adventures, but war episodes are excluded. Boys’ efforts must be calculated to inspire virtue, audacity, courage and enterprise. Italy is running France closely in the struggle for air supremacy.
