CHINESE FINED £ls For failing to abide by the terms of bis permit. Low Pow Chong (2?) was to-day fined £ls, and ordered to be deported. The Collector of Customs, Mr. Penn, stated that the Chinese had exceeded the time allowed by Ills permit by 15 months.
