FORM AN ASSOCIATION At a well-attended meeting of ratepayers of the Mount Wellington district, held on Tuesday evening, it was decided to form an association to be known as the Mount Wellington Development Society. Mr. F. Allenson was elected chairman and Mr. W. Ball secretary. A committee of five was appoinetd to draw up rules and frame the policy of the society, '
