HIS OLD REGIMENT
GENERAL YOUNG PRESENTS COLOURS WANGANUI TERRITORIAL?! (Special to THE SVS.) WANGANUI, To-day. I Men from the King Country and Wanganui districts are now in camp at Marton and an impressive feature was the presentation of the regimental colours by Major-General Young, Commander of the New Zealand forces. The territorials made a fine display at the ceremony and they were congratulated on their appeaarnce by the MajorGeneral. The colours consisted of a Union Jack and the regimental colours with honours emblazoned thereon. MajorGeneral Young referred feelingly to his old associations with the regiment, it being the one in which he first gained a commission.
