“BREACH OF REGULATIONS” CAPT. MOODY HELD UP By Cable. —Press Association. — Copyright. Reed. 9.50 a.m. MELBOURNE, To-day Both the Prime Minister, the Rt. Hon. S. M. Bruce, and the Attorney-General, the Hon. J. G. Latham, have stated that Captain Moody’s proposed transTasman flight to be a breach of the regulations, and the Government has power to prevent it. Captain Moody and Mr. Osmond Jolley will not be able to see Mr. Bruce, as he will be absent from his office all the week. Any request for exemption from the regulations cannot be dealt with for some time, because Cabinet does not meet again till the middle of February.
