FRENCH ARMY Paris correspondent of the “Times” says the Chamber of Deputies adopted November 1, 1930, as the date for the introduction of the one-year period of military service, provided that the soldiers, in the event of necessity, may be retained with the colours. for a further six months. The Bill was adopted by 410 votes to 23.—'Times. .
