COASTAL MOVEMENTS— At noon to-day the Hauiti was to be dispatched for Coromandel. She is due back at half past eleven to-night. The Ngatiawa arrived from the Great Barrier late last evening. She was to sail again at noon to-day for Totara North, Houhora, Kaimaumau and Pare nga. The Clansman sails at 5 o’clock this evening for Russell, Opua and Whangaroa. She returns at 7 o’clock on Monday morning. The Matangi, sailing at 7 p.m. to-day for Tauranga, returns again at 7 o’clock on Sunday morning. The Rangitoto sails at 1 o’clock this afternoon for Thames. She is due back again at 11 o’clock to-morrow morning. The Waiuku sails at half past six this evening for Surfdale. Ostend and Omiha. The Paroto sails at noon to-morrow for Waipapakauri. The Waipu arrives from Kerepeehi at midnight to-night. She will be dispatched at 1.45 p.m. to-morrow for Awaroa and Cowes Bay. The Taniwha, arriving from Paeroa at 2 o’clock to-morrow morning, sails again at 11.30 p.m. on. Sunday for the same port. The Claymore arrives from Whangarei at half past three to-morrow nior/ng and sails at 9 o’clock on Sunday evening on the return trip. The Omana, sailing at midnight tonight for Waiwera, Mahurangi and Warkworth, returns again to-morrow evening. The Kawau sails at 9 o’clock to-morrow morping for Kawau, Takatu, Ti Point and Little and Big Omaha. She arrives back at half past ten the same evening. The Nobel Explosive Company’s auxiliary ketch, Rira, went back to her moorings this morning after her annual overhaul and survey. She will lighter explosives from the Middlesex, which is due to arrive from London on January 30. v The Waimea arrived at Napier at 2 a.m. to-day, and leaves at 3 o’clock this afternoon for Auckland. She is due here on Sunday, and sails next Tuesdayon her return trip to Gisborne and Napier. The Kaimanawa is leaving Auckland at 3 o’clock this afternoon for Westport, where she will probably load for Auckland. » The Kaitangata, en route from Greymouth and Westport, arrived at Napier at 10 p.m. yesterday, and leaves at 5 P.m. to-morrow for Auckland, where she is expected on Monday morning. After discharge here, the Kaitangata proceeds to Onakaka to load for Melbourne. The Kartigi' is expected to arrive at Auckland at 9 a.m. to-morrow from Westport, and, after discharge here, proceeds to Portland to load cement for New Plymouth. The Kaponga, which is en route from Melbourne, Newcastle and Wellington, was to leave Picton late last evening for Auckland and is due here on Monday. After discharge here, the Kaponga loads at Auckland, for Wellington. The Kamo, from Dunedin, left Timaru at 5 p.m.. yestei'day for Lyttelton, Wellington, and Auckland, and is expected here about Thursday next. The Waipiata sailed from Lyttelton at , 9 p.m. yesterday for Wellington and Auckland, and is due here on Sunday, after discharge here, the Waipiata loads at Auckland, and leaves next Wednesday for Lyttelton, direct, thence Dunedin, Oamaru and Timaru. The Kaniona is loading at Greymouth to-day for Auckland. It is quite possible that the vessel will call at Westport and New Plymouth on her way north. The Cydonia sailed from Auckland shortly after 4 p.m. yesterday for Wellington, thence Lyttelton, Dunedin and Australia, to land the balance of her Montreal cargo.
