PALESTINE ORANGES FOR AUCKLANDERS

TRIAL SHIPMENT ARRIVING A further market is being drawn upon to meet the fruit requirements of Auckland. The Ulimaroa from Sydney next week brings to hand a consignment of oranges grown and packed in Jaffa, Palestine. Comprising approximately 2,000 cases, the consignment, it is stated, will be the first lot of Jaffa oranges to find its way into New Zealand waters.
