T. Mandeno Jackson will sell by public auction at their rooms, 9 Commerce Street, at 11 a.m., to-morrow, Friday, under conduct of the Registrar of the Supreme Court at the request of the mortgagee, a freehold property at corner Virginia Avenue and Devon Street, off Eden Terrace, with dwelling now let as a tenement house, two separate entrances, five rooms and conveniences in each.
