WOMEN’S INSTITUTE AT SWANSON
A meeting: of the committee of the Swanson branch of the Women’s Institute was held last week, when various business matters were discussed. Mrs. Behague. president, was re-elected. The resignation of the secretary, Mrs. W. Taylor, was accepted with regret. What is probably the smallest writing ever done is that of a member of the staff of the Ordnance Survey Office at Southampton. England, who has written the Lord’s Prayer 11 times on a space the size of a threepenny piece. He used a litho brush and a reading glass.
