OLYMPIC GAMES FUND

BOXING COUNCIL’S GRANT Press Association. WELLINGTON. Tuesday. The New Zealand Boxing Council today decided to make a grant of £ 400 to the Olympic Games Association toward the expenses of the amateur boxers selected to represent New Zealand at Amsterdam. Affiliated associations are to be requested to stage a contest or contests toward the general Olympic fund. A cablegram is to be sent to T. Heeney congratulating him on the way he is upholding the good name of the Dominion.
