TE AWAMUTU SPORTS CYCLING AND ATHLETIC EVENTS (From Out Own Correspondent/ TE AWAMUTU. Tuesday. The nominations received for tile cycling and athletic events in connection with the Te Awamutu Amateur Athletic Club’s sports meeting on Anniversary Day constitute a record for the club. The nominations for the main chopping event, to the value of £SO, have not come to hand as well as was anticipated. The entries for the athletic events include competitors from all parts of the province, and many of Auckland’s athletes have entered.
