FIRE At MOUNT EDEN

HOUSE DAMAGED A wash-house andione bedroom of a five-roomed house at 11 Telford Avenue Dominion Road, owned and occupied by Mr. T. M. Sinel, were Damaged byfire shortly after midnight last night. The Mount Eden brigade was able to prevent the flames spreading. The house is insured for £ 650 with the New Zealand Insurance Company, and the furniture for £250 in the United Office. No one was in the house at the time of the outbreak, the cause of which remains a mystery.
