POST-SECTION PLAY AUCKLANDERS DOING WELL * Press Association. CHRISTCHURCH, Monday. j Once again the New Zealand Bowling Association was fortunate with the weather for the continuation of its championship tournament to-day. bright sunshine making the conditions very pleasant. Three rounds of the post sectional play in the rinks championship took place on the St. Albans and Sydenham greens, where numerous spectators, in addition to the players not eligible, gathered to watch the bowling. They were unstinting in their applause for every good shot. The three Auckland rinks, Auckland (M. Walker), Mount Eden (Findlay), and West End (Bremner), who qualified on Saturday, are still in. West End lost the game in the first round, but won the next two. Mount Eden’s one loss to-day was to Auckland. The latter team won both its matches.
