New Fire Engine.—A new fire engine is being built for the Mount Eden Fire Brigade on one of the latest Dennis chassis, fitted with a 50 horse-power engine. The equipment will include pumping apparatus and a telescopic ladder outfit. The body is now almost completed and will be ready for service within a fortnight.
