FLATTERING OFFER NOW HOME DESIGNER Lilyan Tashman, blonde vamp of the screen, has just had a flattering: offer from a Beverley Hills real estate and architecture specialist.
The real estate man visited the home of Lilyan and her husband, Eddie Lowe, which is a beautifully planned and furnished Spanish! home, all designed by Lilyan herself. The visitor was much impressed with it. •.He turned up a few days later with an offer of
a contract for Lilyan to design and furnish homes to be sold under the trade name of Lilyan Tashman Houses. Lilyan explained that she knew nothing of architecture or blue prints, but was assured that that could all be done by an expert, if she would furnish the is inclined to think she will go ahead with the proposition, as she gets time between pictures.
