CORINTHIC AT SOUTHAMPTON— Cabled news has been received b> the Shaw, Savin and Albion Company that its steamer Corinthie arrived ampton on Monday morning from V ellington. The vessel left Wellington cn November 27. WAIPAHI DOCKING —Docking to-mor-row morning for cleaning and painting, the Union Company advises that the >\ai pahi leaves at 5 p.m. the same day for Newcastle, thence Sydney, to J load for Fiji and Auckland. The vessel is to clear Sydney on January 24 and Suva februan 2, being due here on February b. PORT SYDNEY LEAVES NAPIER.— The C and L>. Line advises that the motorship Port Sydney left Napier last evening for Wellington, thence Lyttelton, to complete her loading for Home. The vessel is scheduled to sail finally from Lyttelton on January 21 for London, via Panama. PORT DUNEDIN AT NAPlEß.—Arriving at Napier this morning from Gisborne, the C. and D. Line advises that the motor-ship Port Dunedin later proceeds to Lyttelton and Wellington to complete loading. The Port Dunedin is to be dispatched finally from Wellington on January 26 for London, via Panama.

CARGO FROM LIVERPOOL. —Heather, Roberton and Company have been advised that the C. and D. Line’s steamer Port Hunter left Liverpool on January 7 with cargo for discharge at Auckland, Wellington, Lyttelton and Dunedin, uhe vessel is expected at Auckland on February 16.

HINEMOA DUE MON DAY.—According to schedule the Government steamer Hinemoa should leave Norfolk Island at 5 p.m. to-morrow for Auckland, where she is due next Monday morning. Speclding, Limited, advises that the Hinemoa will leave Auckland again on January 25 on her return trip to Norfolk Island. KAPONGA FROM AUSTRALIA. —The local office of the Union Company has been advised that, the Melbourne left Newcastle last Tuesday for Wellington, where she is „9 ue Monday. Next Tuesday the Jpwonga loads at Picton for Auckland and should arrive here on January 19.

CANADIAN SEIGNEUR SAILING.— At two o’clock this afternoon the Canadian Government Merchant Marine steamer Canadian Seigneur isio bedispatched with a full cargo of Ne-w Zealand produce for Halifax, via New York and Boston. The vessel returned yesterday from Southern ports, where she discharged general cargo from Montreal.

THE CANADIAN PROSPECTOR.— Having completed the discharge of the local portion of her cargo from Halifax, the Canadian Prospector is to be dispatched from Auckland this evening for Wellington, Lyttelton, Timaru, Dunedin and Bluff to complete, and commence loading for the homeward trip. She is due back at Auckland on February 6. TAIROA’S ITINERARY. —The Shaw, Savill and Albion Company announces an alteration in the itinerary of its liner Tairoa. The vessel, at present loading in the Wanganui roadstead, will leave there to-day for Lyttelton and Wellington. She is due at Wellington on January 2~, and will leave there on January 26 for Napier. The Tairoa will sail finally from Napier on February 1 for London, via Panama.

GALLIC COMING TO LOAD.—A cable message to the Shaw, Savill and Albion Company reports that the Gallic left Townsville last Saturday for New Plymouth, where she is due on Saturday, to commence loading for New York, Halifax, Avonmouth, Liverpool and Glasgow. AORANGI LEAVES VANCOUVER.— Cable advice received by the Union Company states that the R.M.M.S. Aorangi left Vancouver at noon yesterday, via Victoria, Honolulu, and Suva, for Auckland, where she is due on Sunday, January 29. As Monday, January 30, is a close holiday in Auckland, the Aorangi is now scheduled to sail from here on Tuesday, January SI, for Sydney. SUSSEX FROM CALCUTTA.—An arrival at Auckland shortly after three o’clock this morning was the Union Company’s chartered steamer Sussex, with passengers and cargo from Calcutta. The vessel, which was last at Auckland about three months ago, returned to India. She took on 54 monkeys and six herons for the Auckland Zoo at the Indian port, and sailed from there on December 8. The vessel then proceeded to Penang and Singapore to complete loading cargo. She experienced an exceptionally fine weather trip all the way across, and arrived at Auckland well up to time. Captain J. D. Frew is in command of the Sussex, and associated with him are are following officers:—Chief, Mr. G. W. Evans; second, Mr. E. J. Deed; third, Mr. F. H. G.“ Clark; wireless operator, Mr. R. A. Ratchetts; chief steward, Mr. F. E. Best; surgeon, Dr. F. P. Ghadial; chief engineer, Mr. W. S. Hall; second, Mr. J. Leitch; third, Mr. R. L. Smith; fourth, Mr. G. M. Bell; fifth, Mr. J. McGill; sixth, Mr. W. McLaren. The following passengers arrived at Auckland by the Sussex from Calcutta: Mrs. M. Brooke, who is returning to New Zealand after 14 months in Calcutta, Misses Frances French, Mary Howie. Constance Sneed, Annie Scott, Lucy Tweedie. and Mr. Charles Moller. The local office of the Union Company advises that it hopes to dispatch the Sussex to-morrow evening for Wellington, Lyttelton. Timaru, Dunedin and Bluff to complete discharging her cargo.
