SUGGESTION FOR CANADA DOMINION AND BRITAIN By Cable.—Press Association. — Copyright. VANCOUVER, Monday. The appointment of a British High Commissioner to Canada, whose duties would be similar to those of the Canadian Commissioner in London, may follow discussions between the Prime Minister, Mr. Mackenzie King, and the Secretary of State for the Dominions, Mr. L. S. Amery. It is announced that no information has been received regarding the report from London of a new emigration scheme to settle returned soldiers in the Canadian West after they have had agricultural training. —A. and N.Z.-Sun.
